Get out and meet new people. Try to keep busy and the more time that passes, the less the pain will be. Unfortunately, when we really love someone and lose them, we will always feel the loss to some degree. Good luck to you.

I wish I could. I have been going out like crazy with friends. I would love to just have someone to go hang out with. Maybe seriously date later But really just chill with right now. I have kids so that makes it hard.

My ex left me to go back to his ex almost 20yrs ago and still not a day goes by that I dont think of him or "see" him in someone else. I did move on and marry but still the thoughts of him persist. My heart hurts.
