Get some counseling. What you're going through is very common, and has happened to soldiers since the beginning of time. You are far better off than soldiers in the past though, since you have unlimited counseling resources at your disposal. Just don't use this as a crutch that causes you to be a jerk.

I have had the same problem...get some counseling or find someone with whom you can talk to. The dreams will eventually fade away with time. Have faith in God and yourself to get through this.

Soldier...You served your country and did what others were not willing or able to do. For that you have My thanks. Please seek help for the PTSD. This doesn't have to be a lifetime sentence. There are a lot of good people out there who know a lot more about treating stress disorders than we used to. Not sure if you are a Marine or a Dogface, but from one Marine to you, Semper Fi...HUA!!!
