Thank you for those that understood the ( unsick-f***) meaning. To those that twisted it.... We were not even married. Probably better that way. And all I hear is stories of deadbeat dads which makes it harder for dedicated fathers when the "mother" uses the legal system to her advantage. I was there before day one (physically, emotionally, financially you name it) and as long as I am alive I will be there forever for my daughter. She needs me just as much as I need her.

Good Luck dude. Ya know here, your fighting a woman (the mother) over joint custody of your daughter to do the right thing and it is in the best interest of the child, so long as you are a fit father and parent. I have to question, why then are you needing to fight this woman in the courts system for something rational and something that the woman should be grateful for (that the father wants that closeness with his daughter). I think the woman is doing just what women do. It's senseless control, it's using the child to hurt the father (one of womens favorite tools are the children), it's just so wrong. Women...and GOD help us, one of them wants to the president of the most powerful country on the planet. I agree with other posters about woman. This is just more crazy shit.

The very fact that you fantasize about your daughters mother dying makes you a selfish jerk who only cares about what you want and not what your daughter really needs. She needs her mom as much if not more than she needs you and if you can't see that then you are not the innocent parent you make yourself out to be. So what you were there from the beginning - you don't get brownie points for shit yoou are supposed to do! Her mother was there from the beginning to and she carried your daughter in her own body so top that! You need to wake up and realize that just because you don't like the mother doesn't mean your daughter doesn't need her.

The courts wouldn't let her near the little girl if she were a danger to her. Maybe you are delusional into thinking that your a good dad when in reality your not. You say you have supported her but does that mean you have paid for your half of everything? Hospital bills, clothes, food, shots, is she on your insurance? Do you pay for half of school?
