she is not suffering anymore, i felt the same way about my aunt when she died. watching her starve to death from cancer and finally at 73 pounds she was gone. it was a relief to not have to worry about how much pain she was in. i know drugs isn't cancer but it all has the same end result.

It is sad, but for the best. She obviously could not make peace with her demons, and is finally in a better place. Grieve, remember her fondly, and live the rest of your life smiling:)

she is in a better place...no more suffering.....warmth and love surrounds her. A suggestion: At night when you have a moment alone...talk to her.....tell her what you feel. it wont hurt
