A lot of people are alone, what are you talking about? I know a few people who are loners. No family no friends and they're doing just fine. Everyone find themselves alone 1 in a while.

I feel the same way. However, I watched the movie 'Yes Man' and it made me bold enough to say yes to a few things I wouldn't have. It's just a silly movie but it does make a lot of sense. Open yourself up to something new once in a while. Life is better today than it was last week anyway! Worth a try, what do you have to lose?

I have always been alone. I have also found that when there are people who want to be around me I isolate myself from them. Come out of your shell, make yourself, it's worth it.

why is it about feeling sorry for your self???damn i myself, have even my friends telling me they don't know how my feet touch the floor each morning! this life isn't all it's cracked up to be! 40 yrs of movating myself, looking for a way to keep going, to see over the horizon, only to get there and it be just another season of hardship! Most of my life I have been alone, more often than not. Yet I have some fine friends (Who are scattered all over the country) and I have had a bunch of relationships with quality women. Because I'm alone, I was able to go to law school later in life, and I have a whole new career. I can help my nieces and nephews with their schooling. And I don't have to pay a dime in alimony or child support! All of life is trade-offs, whether you're alone, or whether you're married or in a relationship!
