Umm, as a Christian, you would first accept everyone as God's children. Then as a Christian, you would try to sway him to your way of thinking. Which may be why you want to go out on a date with him. It may not turn out so well once he finds that instead of drinks you want to change him and his beliefs on the very first date. On another note, if you aren't trying to change him why are you going to ask him out? Isn't the reason for dating, especially for moral people, to find a marriage partner? If he isn't marriage material, don't waste his time. If you are so full of yourself there may not be room for anyone else in your life but Jesus. Just saying.

Belief in the teachings of the man named Jesus Christ is a wonderful and laudable thing. Christianity, on the other hand, is not. As someone has already said a true believer in the teachings of Jesus Christ would not even consider the thoughts in this post, it would never enter their minds. Think about this, you are allowing some misguided interpretation of what I er I mean Christ taught to guide your life and love. Like the Conquistadors killing native people because they didn't believe. This is NOT Christian, it's pure bigotry and ignorance. Jesus taught love and tolerance for all mankind, not just those who agreed with him. Religion is a sad control device that has nothing to do with belief in God or Jesus Christ.
