There are resources available for help with "coming out". You will probably find greater acceptance from the straight community than the gay female community (while there are, thank goodness, exceptions, generally speaking they do not accept bisexual women). I think that unless your family and friends are religious wackos, if they truly love you, they will only want you to be happy and will accept you as you are. By the way, I am also a bisexual female. No one in my family had any problem with it at all. I only wish I'd accepted myself when I was younger.

The previous response is correct. If your family truly loves you, it will not matter to them. The same applies to your friends. My oldest daughter is bisexual and it does not change my feelings for her in the least. Her mother feels the same. Your friends will not care if they are truly your friends. You cannot change who you are nor should you have to. i wish you the best.
