I used to think the same way when my husband left me and my daughter. I used to think that it was most important to find her a daddy. Truth is, what is MOST important is that you are there for your child. My daughter rather prefers seeing a happy and single me, than getting hurt. I would MUCH rather be a single mother than in a bad relationship.

Don't listen to any of this foolishness. I know what you're going through-lost the love of my life of 13 years- feel like my destiny was ripped from me- but my boy deserves a good daddy- and its my job to find him- i hope you find happiness- and maybe love....the same hope i have for me.
