Um ok. I am 25, my wife is 26. We have been married for 8 years and have a great relationship. We put both of ourselves through school with our own money. We have a 3 yo and 1 yo, and they are our lives. I play some games, maybe 1 or 2 hours a week. And that's mostly Mario kart with my son. My wife reads books. We really don't have much time to "play games" since our boys are the priority. So boys and gals lets not judge everyone. Both of us are faithful as well. Some of the stuff I read on here is just sad.

Guitar is not my thing. Video games are entertainment and most entertainment is pointless to be honest. Not everything we do has to have a point. Its called having fun. If don't like them, no problem. But don't hate on people who do. I do clearly see what you are talking about though. I work in tech Support, so a lot of my co-workers are "gamers". (AKA slobs)

It's true! Not for EVERY man, but for most. In fact, I've often said everyone is only an apprentice adult at 21 and really doesn't become a real adult until 32 /- a couple years. Men more so than women, but women too. NO ONE should be allowed to drink, vote or have children until after 25. And sending 18 year olds off to war is a crime against humanity. If those types of guys aren't your thing, maybe you should seek a more appropriate setting to meet people. For instance, do you pick up your "men" at the local college pub? If so, that's obviously not your scene. Try a local martini bar, have breakfast at a local diner before work in the morning, volunteer for an organization, or whatever floats your boat. This is a problem I see with most of my single friends, so maybe you have the same issue. If not, good luck in finding Mr. Perfect.

Don't judge us by our worst specimen. I just turned 30 last wednesday. I have been married for 6 years. I have a 12 year old stepdaughter and an almost 2 year old daughter. Actually, it's just society in general. I'm a man (35) who's not into games of any kind...especially ones that women like to play alot. I'm not bashing on just women though since guys like to do the same. EVERYONE is immature these days. My husband and I play games together. I am 28 he is 30. I really don't see why people get all worked up over video games, they aren't just for kids anymore and if you think they are because your teen plays them then I suggest you take a look at what they are playing most of the content is Mature. Who really care what someone enjoys doing on their time, you obviously know of their gaming "hobbie" before you Marry them right? Don't like it move on don't wait til they change that goes for anyone and anything you just can't tolerate. Or why not try and do something they like doing for a change you just might like it? my husband is 20 im 26 he is the best and most "grown up" ive been with and ive had men 20 yrs my senior sooo this is quite an interesting one...He takes care of me and my children and works and does it all and...he plays video games but i play with him too i actually like it.
