It's ok to enjoy eating, but DON't BE so Sedintary, and expect to ever see positive, healthy results. I can see flaws and still have a hard time being judgmental, but I wonder, it would be so unnatural to be perfect. If you are over-weight because of your own deppression or insecurities, a bit of activity could do wonders for you. Do some self(soul) searching, forgive yourself of all of your own time that you wasted not believing in yourself and your own beauty slowing slipping away from you because you could not embrace it while it was around.
