I agree with the posters above. The ONLY thing keeping you from having SEX is YOU!! If you really want to have SEX, then all you have to do is go to a bar and start chatting to a guy you find attractive and trust me, the rest will sort itself out. However, it seems to me like you are confusing sex with intimacy. If it is intimacy you are after, then you may have to actually open up to someone and run the risk of rejection. That is what is hardest to do. BTW, I am a guy....

Just go out some night and make yourself available. Some guys will come to you if you look happy. They might not be the hottest guys there but after 9 years you can't be too picky. If I went 9 years I'd be taking whatever I could get. Thats too long to not enjoy sex.

I went without sex for four years before I met the remarkable woman who now shares my life. I am in love with someone I can't have...we have been in love for over 20 yrs...but circumstances (controlling, mentally, verbally abusive hubby)The last time I made love with her was 7 yrs ago this november 2015.
