^No. And that is very unaustralian. We are very anti authority, and did not like the Brits pushing us around. So, the convicts, and then the ex-convicts gave the Brits "attitude", and we still give whingeing POMS a hard time. And we have had much more fun with that for hundreds of years, rather than trying to eliminate them like the States did. Thus not being an original convict descendant makes me feel left out. (Get it. lol)
