^So go pee on thier bushes if it's that big of a deal. Geez what a thing to be upset about. The birds poop all over your yard and car, the bugs eat and poop and procreate in your yard, there are people being killed in hospitals because that's what insurance says to do, wow how dare you get mad over a dog doing what it naturally does. Why don't you tell the neighbor that its not a good idea to let the dog run free because it might get hit by a car or something?
