I've had strange things like that happen to me my entire life. I don't tell many people because there's still that stigma of kook but I know what I've seen and even my Dog was scared and barked one night while I was looking at someone looking at me. So I know even she saw it too.

At 11 am one day both my cat and dog stared up stairs intently. A few seconds later I heard someone jumping on the bed for a good 30 seconds. When I got the balls to go see what was going on it stopped. Still it freaked me out. I was the only one home and we didn't have anymore pets.

My office building has a ghost. The ghost is one of the partners of a large firm, who was a young man when the building was new. The ghost doesn't mean any harm, it just misses the firm and atill wants to participate in business.
