I think it would be unlikely, but it's possible I would depending on the man. The situation makes me think that you don't make smart choices and that you will continue to have a lot of drama in your life because of this and both of those things would be a deal breaker for me.

Gonna need more details than that.

I think the custody battle excuse is BS. If the child says the parent molested them we all need to listen to the child. If you are going to believe the custoday battle excuse and get with this man... never have kids because he will molest those children too.

Do you come with a big "sex offender lives here" sign to put in the front yard?

i remember this guy posting before and if i remember correctly his ex wife was the one who claimed the abuse not the kids, and now that he is out of prison he has visitation rights to his kids.....am i right op? and just an fyi to everyone out there, our court system is flawed and people do time for crimes they did not commit so stop judging right off the bat! there are people who have been executed (murdered) is this country and were later found to be innocent. and there are guys like oj simpson who murdered two people and got away with it because he could afford a good attorney....would you date oj simpson just because the police f***ed up the crime scene and evidence so he was "innocent" by default? i dont think so!

I was slapped with an "assault on a female" charge that has followed me everywhere when applying for jobs. She slapped the shit out of me (after I found evidence of her cheating on me, and called her a worthless whore in front of her kids), ripped the shirt right off of me, and I pushed her away to protect myself, then left. I got charged and convicted because she lied in court. Boo hoo, the women never lie under oath. BULLSHIT!

I couldn't as my divorce states I can't have anyone living with me who has been convicted as a sex offender. I will say this is bs since what you described in no way would hold up as a sex crime. Good luck with that.

never i would never date a sex offender. 99% deserve chemical castration.

^ You mean full strength hydrochloric acid to the gonads? Damn, it's bad enough when some stray aftershave hits my nuts. :O
Remove this stupid comment

Ok educate yourselves. Chemical castration isn't a proven method people. Quiet the contrary though their penis won't work sure. Their problem is in the brain. So there are other "things" they will use. Remember there are always 3 sides to every story....his, hers, and the truth. Women lie, it's been proven way too many times, most the time out of vengeance, and they refuse to take accountability.

what about someone who is convicted during an election yearcould not get things like hymens being intact, and a Psych saying the child was coached to say things into the case etc..and spends time for a crime he did not commit just because the judge and prosicuter want to be re-elected to office???it does happen, the laws are flawed, the courts are flawed, the cops are flawed.and BTW: if you think that keeping a convicted sex offender from living near a school changes anything, you are WRONG!!!what is to stop them from driving by and snatching a kid?? HMMMMMthen taking that kid 25-30 miles away, where you look for the child then???

without hesitation, no.

I see where someone along the way thought of the no living near a school thing. But then think about it, that type of offender it won't/don't stop them, they have cars to! another thing is off the top of my head there's about 3types. family offender, under age offender(like a 21 havin sex with 17yr) then the snatch n grab(rapist) and all are put in the same category.

This person obviously has a child with the ex who was the accuser so he will have contact with her for a long time and that is obviously going to be a lot of drama. Is that how you run your life you douche bag? You delete every opinion that you don't agree with?? Why don't you just off yourself and do the world a favor!

I can't believe they let churches exist right beside schools, but not titty bars. Half the guys at church go to titty bars.

Okay, so let me get this straight. Men won't date a woman who's 20 pounds overweight... but you expect women to date a convicted sex offender?
Remove this stupid comment

^7 people who molest do it because they have issues in their head, not in their genitals.
Remove this stupid comment

It would depend on the situation. If it was as described above - the ex was the one doing the talking, the pushing for charges, etc., and the guy was really a decent guy, yeh, I might date him.

Charges of sex offenses, domestic violence, etc, are becoming almost routine in divorce cases. What the shameless women who promote these false charges don't realize is that once you hang the "sex offender" charge on a man, he cannot be employed, and you can kiss your child support good-bye!
