Terrible tragedy suicide. Only thing that works is total acceptance. We get there eventually. Only we can decide when. There really is no other way but allow what happened...to be.

We had a suicide in our family recently. The thing that helps heal is to admit that it happened. I sat through countless conversations where people would ask how he died.. and everyone would side step by avoiding the use of the word "suicide"... once we started just accepting it (like the other person said) it was easier for us to heal. Will we ever forget? No. Will we always miss him and hurt? Yes. But it does get easier to manage over time. Good luck sweetie!
