you should call the cops on ohis drunk driving ass, take pictures, or video even of his stumbling to his house after he was driven hom. he might kill someone driving home one day, and if you do nothing to stop it it will be on you for doing nothing when you could have. innocent people do NOT need to be injured or die because of ass's like him

I am the OP. There is a bar that he goes to everyday after work (I see his car there when I am on my way home each night). The bar is less than half a mile away. So he walks home most of the time. But he does drive home sometimes, and that's when I throw rocks at him. The reason I throw rocks at him is because of a couple reasons. First, I lost BOTH of my grand parents to a drunk driver. They were broad sided by a prick driving drunk. Second, he comes home and sometimes I can hear his kids crying/screaming. Also he likes to kick his two dogs for no reason (I've seen him do it). I have called the cops and social services. Things seem to get better after he's been dealt with, but it always goes back to normal. I have no idea how he keeps getting his kids back. I live in a nice suto-country type of neighborhood. He is the only problem in the neighborhood. Otherwise a nice place to live.

Simple solution. You've got his route home covered. Get a shovel, big piece of burlap, and some dry bamboo. Dig a large hole along route, place numerous Pungji Sticks at the bottom of hole. Cover hole with the burlap material. And remember, it's not Coca Cola it's rice.
