your dad was probably trying to teach you about abuse. he probably should have mentioned that abuse, not matter from what sex,is wrong! I am a woman and i know how horrible some women can be, and have seen my uncle have the crap kicked out of him time and time again. He called the police and filed a restrainging order on her. There was no kids involved mind you, but seeing a woman her husband time and time again is NOT something that a child should see, especially when parents tend to be their childrens role models. Stand up for yourself and stand up for your kids. She probably hits them too.

Statistically, women hit men a great deal more often than men hit women. Men tend to do more physical damage and are sent to jail. No one much cares when a woman hits a man because of past society standards. It is insane. It is time women paid the same price for abuse as men do. This one is up to the women to patrol and teach each other that it is wrong. Abuse is abuse and chances are this woman will abuse her kids too.
