So get your resume together and put on there what you do. Its actually not that hard. If you can do her job then you can have one like it for the same money. Now you'll tell me "but I like the people I work with" or some other excuse for not leaving.

I'm in the same boat as the OP, so your comments about them being whiny and all that is a little prejudgemental and self-absorbed. My co-workers and I notice and remark how our supervisor is supposed to help us make our production goals, but sits on the internet for up to 7 hrs of his 8 hr shift. It hurts production and we could ALL lose our jobs because of it. Right now I'm thankful I even have a job which is why I don't leave.

Be happy that you have a job! If you keep feeling this way about your boss it's likely you will not have a job for very long. The boss is in that position for a reason. You are un qualified for the job otherwise you would be the boss. Good bosses know how to get production out of their employees and they get good numbers. Your boss is sapose to get you to do the work (duhhh) that's why she is the boss!

~OP here. That's funny, because all the stuff she's getting me to do for her is sent to the location manager, for THEM to do. I went over her head and told the area manager and I'm right, she is supposed to be doing those things herself. She's in hot water now!!
