Geese people, give the OP a break for heavens sake! I understand the mixed emotions you are feeling OP. Abortion is a very sad thing, but so is watching a child be raised by a horrible parent in a horrible environment. I don't really think abortion is ever the best choice, but sometimes people feel like there is no other way. Maybe suggest to your sister that she have her tubes tide so that she'll not have to go through that ever again. If not, just pray she doesn't get pregnant.

If I had known she was pregnant at the time I would have convinced her to have it and adopted it and raised it myself. But she kept it a secret and told me after the fact. Not that it matters, but for me, abortion would never be an option but I still do respect another womans right to choose. Thing is it sucks and it hurts when it is a child that is your family. BTW, my spelling and grammar are just fine, much like my morals and willingness to be responsible - unlike my sister.
