^to deny you have experienced hate means you have never really experienced love. No emotions are wasted and all can be a valuable learning experience if we acknowledge them and learn how to process them. Ppl will sometimes hate just to survive. Are you saying that a woman who goes through a period of hate for her rapist is wasting emotion? What if the alternative is she is so full of despair and fear that she kills herself? What about the hate of abuses and crimes against children? Are you suggesting that hate is a waste? If that hate can be channeled into getting greater rights for children and better justice for abusers then is it really a waste? Your view is pretty naive and limited and really only causes more sickness through repression. All emotions are valuable and valid but we have to learn how to process them.

Hate is ultimate weakness, it takes enormous strength to love when the one your loving doesn't deserve it! If someone spat in your face will you spit back?? or can you with a true heart ask GOD to bestow his love upon them??? Do you have it in you to look beyond what the eyes can see?? And refuse the child inside you to let his/her feelings be hurt???

Geez, there you guys go again. God gave up on people long ago.Hate makes you expend energy that you could use on something else. Love, caring, sympathy, ect. Change your attitudes about life in general.

It amazes that some of you actually believe and live by the idea that you cannot feel two seperate polar emotions at the same exact time.
