I feel the same way. I am 35 with a man of many years who doesnt want the same things I do, a child. I am afraid to leave. What if I dont find anyone else? Afraid to stay as well b/c I dont want to end up resenting him.

i agree with your sentiments, as i am a 48 yo male who never married and had children.not everyone was made to have a family, and i believe the current American culture has actually reduced the chances of successful families.a child is not a pet and deserves a family with both a loving father and mother.
