test results vary from lab to lab. and most doctors run blood tests which only measures how much hormones are flowing into the cell, not how much hormone is actually in the cell. go to a naturopath and get an adrenal test ordered (saliva test), it sounds like your estrogen dominate. your adrenal glands regulate your thyroid gland which is in charge of your sex hormones. have you had a baby yet? look up adrenal fatigue online, but please realize most western medicine will only make it worse (steroids...yuck!) so i would highly recommend seeking out an acupuncturist/naturopath to get you on the right track! good luck to you~

i agree, have your thyroid checked for hashimoto syndrome-just a fancy name for an underactive thyroid...get on 75mg of synthroid and start to feel normal. but don't wait and ruin ur relationship! good luck :)

I know this may sound crazy, but eat a hot pepper. The capsaicin is great aphrodisiac. You can also get it in tablet form. Were married 43years and we hadn't any sex in about 30 years. I don't like sex, intimacy or any closeness. I'm sure my wife has other ideas though. Google "Sexual Anorexic" There are some great books on the subject. My husband is this. (He isn't into sex) We have to talk a LOT and he is working on it. The worst feeling, as a spouse, is sexual in-difference. Do what you can to heal this for the love of your spouse. He might say it is "ok" but it is not ok. We all need love and intimacy. I can guarantee this is not what he signed up for...the good news is you can heal...and figure out WHY you are not into sex. You just might be a "Sexual Anorexic" Look into it.
