I wonder if she walks her dog the same way?? Segways are expensive, very expensive and I can't imagine this woman spending that kind of money on a Segway to push the kids stroller around unless she was possible disabled, etc. But you never know...it could be stolen, she could have more money than sense, or she could be just as it appears. I think a news crew would find her escapades fundamentally amusing...
