Ew I've been married so long I can't imagine dating someone and with all the diseases out there now it's SCARY! At least in my day if you caught something it was cureable. Yes, considering two out of four people has HPV (genital warts), I'm glad I'm celibate too. So disgusting. The joy of having sex is not worth the pain of being diseased. Yuck.

There are a lot worse things in life than being alone, and being in a bad marriage or a bad or abusive relationship are two of them. I have used periods of being alone to "clear my head" and get in touch with myself to see where I want to go in life, and to set new goals.
