My mom was in that situation. My father never paid attention to her, she cheated on him with our preacher. She ended up leaving the preacher to be with my dad. My dad doesn't lover her. She doesn't love my dad. I always secretly wished she had stayed with our preacher. He made her so happy.

Do you love your huband enough to let him go? He deserves to have your whole heart, your lack of courage is selfish and hurtful to everyone. You are putting your pride first, stop using your kids as an excuse. My mom did the same to me,and it hurt to know that she used my dad because of me.

OP. I stay because I fear being alone... I got some good advise. When I feel fear I should try to step back so that I can see that it is nothing but a feeling... ^2 I love him for the times that we've had. Being acustomed to somebody can be stronger than love..
