so you are angry because he has a job and supports you and your children....would you be happier if he was sitting on his aSS collecting unemployment?!? i think you have lost a piece of yourself and are projecting your feelings on him....my mom felt the same way about my dad and vise versa. she resented him for not helping enough and leaving her as the primary caregiver to 4 kids all day and everyday 7 days a week and he resented her for not appreciating how much he sacrificed in order to provide a home and food and clothing for everyone that he was financially responsible for. i think your kids deserve a chance and you should get marriage counseling so you can learn how to communicate with each other in a healthy way. good luck, your family is worth it!

there is no winning this argument. both parties saccrifice alot of themselves. but sometimes we get so involved in our work to avoid the fact we feel so lonely. talk to him. he needs to know how much you love him not how much he has done wrong. and you need to find time even if just a little to regain your individuality.
